Creme of candied lemon with Harissa kg

On the (re)discovery of lemon… This was the first product to expand our range: candied lemon with harissa. Why ? Because we wanted to create a spreadable version of this citrus fruit that we know so well, and whose nutritional virtues are constantly praised. For this, we use organic lemons, and we candy them directly with our harissa. The acidity of the lemon is thus boosted by the power of our peppers. You can use our lemon confit with harissa as a condiment, to accompany your best dishes, your smoked salmon, etc… Or simply taste it on a toast. And thus (re)discover all the flavors of lemon…
