About Ru Pottery The Ru Kiln, located in Lunru County, Henan Province of China, represents another important celadon school that grew up in northern China during the Song Dynasty. 

Ru Kiln porcelain also has slight cracks, which are created by a small percentage of iron in the glaze that oxidize and turn greenish when cooked.   There are different kinds of colors of Ru accessories, such as moon white, light blue, pea green, robin's egg green, sky green, pink green and so on. 

The cracks will become more and more noticeable as they absorb the tea liquid, the process is quite similar to the Yixing teapot.
