El Salvador comes from the terroir of San Jorge, it is a coffee grown at an average altitude. This coffee will be ideal as a base for espresso, the Pacas bringing a slightly acidic side and the Bourbon the sweet and chocolate sides which complement each other perfectly. The acidity is intermediate, the body is of good quality. It is an ideal coffee for blending! A gourmet and praline coffee, with a hint of anise on the nose. On the palate, El Salvador develops a creamy body, with lingering notes of cocoa. The acidity is mild, making it an ideal espresso coffee.
