EYZA Extra Virgin Olive Oil

EYZA Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from olives of the Memecik variety in the Cezairli olive groves in Milas (Turkey).  The olive oil comes from the early harvest and is cold-pressed within a few hours at below 22 degrees.  Cold extraction best preserves the oil's rich organoleptic and antioxidant properties.   The olives are pesticide-free and carefully hand-harvested by us, our family and our friends.  With a polyphenol content of over 530, our olive oil is not only of first-class quality, but is also beautiful to look at.
