The O Collection is our personal love letter to the olive tree. On our family-run olive farm on the Aegean coast in Bodrum/Milas (Turkey) we produce high-quality, natural olive oil, which serves as the basis for various food, wellness and lifestyle products. At the end of last year we launched our first product: EYZA Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The olive oil comes from the early harvest and is cold-pressed within a few hours at below 22 degrees. With a polyphenol value of over 530, our olive oil is of first-class quality.
