In our family business we have found in the past a way to preserve a harmonious relationship with Nature, recovering lost flavors with old varieties that have already died out. Our organically produced “Mandarin & mandarin” jam made by hand with the old Valencian mandarin variety is an example of this. But you can also taste our organic olive oil made with local varieties-
