Our origins go back to 1994, when our grandfather and benchmark, Juan Moral Alcántara, acquired an old mill in Garcíez, a district of our town Torredelcampo. We will always remember him as a great entrepreneur and music lover. His beginnings were as a carpenter, his great entrepreneurial initiative made him create a lumber warehouse to supply all his fellow guild members and himself. Today known as Maderas Moral. Our grandfather had always had a great passion for the countryside, dreaming from a young age of having his own olive groves. Thus, after the positive trajectory that he achieved with his businesses, he was able to acquire various farms. Highlighting the Casa Marcos farm, being the most important for our family. It was where our grandparents, our father and his sisters enjoyed the summers. Passion that we have been able to transmit generation after generation. After obtaining several olive groves, he began his journey in this world, by acquiring an oil mill to venture to produce his own oil and control each phase of the process, both harvesting and production, thus devoting his old age to obtaining olive oil of the highest quality. Today, in the hands of our father and in ours, Aceites Moral is a company marked by family unity and that intends to continue with the entrepreneurial spirit and passion of our father and grandfather.

In divine green we have olive groves in the heart of Jaén, the largest olive oil-producing province, not only on the peninsula, but worldwide. Its quality is so great that the province has been awarded the first EVOO PGI in Spain.

We are lucky to be able to take advantage of the resources of the area, thanks to our different family farms. The Mediterranean climate, the characteristics of the soil and the strategic location of our olive groves result in the production of an olive oil with unique properties and an exquisite flavor. A treat for the palate.

At Verde Divino, the demand that we have when it comes to pampering our olive groves and later the rigorous control in its preparation, have as a reward the obtaining of a superior quality EVOO. A perfect balance between tradition and modernity. Our passion for the olive grove helps us to have a total follow-up until the harvest of the fruit, from the growth, the phases of development of the fruit to its sanitary state. Each harvest is harvested in the months of October and November, at the optimum moment of maturity thanks to an early harvest. With the help of the most innovative technological advances and respecting the natural environment to maintain the purity of the fruit in its unique aroma and flavor. A careful cold extraction below 20º C and ground in less than 8 hours. The liquid is stored in stainless steel tanks to guarantee the absence of oxygen and light to maintain its antioxidant and organoleptic qualities. The result of this elaboration is a divine oil, an authentic culinary jewel.
