Since 2005, the Trujal Hacienda Ortigosa, a family business located in Viana (Navarra), has produced up to 300.000 liters of Arbequina single-varietal extra virgin olive oil per year, with a storage capacity of 1.200.000 liters.
Our oil is produced in olive groves tended by expert hands, and the harvest is carried out at the optimum point of ripeness to ensure the highest quality and purity of the product.
The result: a fruity, balanced and aromatic oil, with green notes when the olive is early, and softer, sweeter tones as it matures. Its almondy, sweet flavor, without bitterness or spiciness, makes it perfect for both eating raw and cooking.
