In the south of Spanish Catalonia, a few kilometers from the Ebro Delta Natural Park, the Cova Fumada mountains dominate the sea.
On these mountains, entire plots of centuries-old olive trees exposed to the Mediterranean sun, organized in dry stone terraces.
It was in 2007 that our love at first sight for this superb region propelled us into the magnificent adventure of olive oil production.
We acquire an olive grove there and offer you an organic extra virgin olive oil, Cova Fumada olive oil.
Driven by this passion, we were keen to introduce you to other varieties of olives from this region. We have thus approached neighboring producers holding the organic label (or in conversion) and sharing with us the same quality requirement. Together, we decide on the olive oil management and the ideal harvest time in order to produce the desired fruitiness.
Passionate and demanding, we harvest the olives manually and take care to bring them to the mill at the end of each harvest day in order to guarantee the maximum freshness of our olive oil.
Every year, we are very happy to be able to share our new productions with you.
