In the south of Spanish Catalonia, a few kilometres from the Ebro Delta Natural Park, the Cova Fumada mountains dominate the sea.
On these mountains, entire plots of century-old olive trees exposed to the Mediterranean sun, organized into dry stone terraces.
It was in 2007 that our love at first sight for this superb region propelled us into the magnificent adventure of olive oil production.
We acquired an olive grove there and have since been offering you an organic extra virgin olive oil, Cova Fumada olive oil.
Driven by this passion, we were keen to help you discover other varieties of olives from this region. We have thus approached neighboring producers holding the organic label (or in conversion) and sharing with us the same quality requirement. Together, we decide on the olive growing method and the ideal time to harvest in order to produce the desired fruitiness.
Passionate and demanding, we harvest the olives manually and make sure to bring them to the mill at the end of each day of harvesting in order to guarantee maximum freshness for our olive oil.
Every year we are very happy to be able to share our new productions with you.
