For 3 generations my family has been passionately dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees and the production of organic extra virgin olive oil.
Harvesting is done manually with the help of electric harvesters. The olives are brought to the mill every evening and cold pressed to ensure the highest possible quality.
Our farm is located within the Angimbè natural reserve, the largest in western Sicily which guarantees the absence of pollution or contamination. Our oil is certified organic, reccommended in Gambero rosso guide, certified zero defects in panel test, and prized bronze medal in Berlin international olive oil competition.
