Phu Quoc Chili Salt

This is a wonderful mix from our partner farm on the island of Phu Quoc in southern Vietnam. It is one of the best mixes we have come across so far on our quest and one really worth sharing with our spice community. It is the Pham families special mix along with the Pepper Mix. Toasted homegrown chili, Phu Qouc sand grown garlic and Vietnamese sea salt! All slightly fermented and sun dried. It is simple to use and very versatile. Where every you want some salty, umami heat just sprinkle it on you dish or use when cooking. Please store dry and out of sunlight
