Our authentic masala chai blend reminiscent of the chai wala of Lucknow. Our chai tea blend is made using Assam tea and the finest spice combination. Without being too hot or spicy, our aromatic blend is warm and invigorating. Chai is traditionally boiled with hot milk but this blend can be used with hot water if a weaker chai is desired. Sweeten to taste. 1 tsp per 200ml of boiling hot water. Steeping time: 3-5 minutes. Or add Pyramid(s) to a pan of cold milk, or for a lighter version use half warmed milk and half 200ml of boiling water, bring to the boil and then serve.
