Linguine al pesto vegano di basilico "Genovese", pasta italiana trafilata al bronzo con condimento pronta da cuocere - 3 porzioni

Linguine pasta is one of the most loved pasta shape in Italy. It's perfect in almost any pasta meal, this time we prepared them with basil pesto Genovese, made according with authentic recipe from Genova. You will have just add grated cheese if you like. Our range is 100% natural and free from: - chemicals, - added sugar, - added fats (except olive oil), - animal derivatives (so they are vegan!) We use just fresh vegetables carefully selected and minimally processed to create meals both authentically Italian and easy-to-prepare. Serving: 3 Cooking time: 12/14 minutes DIRECTIONS: bring to boil 650 ml of water and 2 or more tbsp in a large non-stick skillet or pan. Stir in the content of the package, cover and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove the lid and keep cooking UNTIL MOST OF THE WATER HAS BEEN ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE IS CREAMY. Add more water and keep cooking for a softer texture. Season to taste and drizzle with olive oil. Add optional 1 knob of butter and grated cheese before serving. SUGGESTIONS: add 1/4 of glass of white wine into the boiling water. Add some cream just before serving. WINE PAIRING: rosè medium-body wines.
