Winning 3 stars in the Great Taste Awards, this chilli oil is a favourite of customers of Tonkotsu - with teaspoons of it being ladled over many dishes including ramen, gyoza, pizzas, pasta or avocado on toast. It can also be added to mayo or dressings.
