The 100% robusta blend combines the body and creaminess typical of this variety, with a full and rounded flavour. For this evaluation, the coffee was tasted in espresso at 91°, so as not to enhance bitterness and roughness, with an extraction of 30ml (28g) in 22 seconds. The average degassing of the coffees was 60 hours. This robusta coffee blend is a cup with dark hazelnut-dark brown crema and grayish undertones. Notes of cocoa and wood emerge on the nose, while in the mouth the coffee has an extraordinary body, a full cream! In addition to presenting an unthinkable sweetness, which perfectly balance the natural bitter sensation of robusta.
