For this evaluation the coffee was tasted in espresso at 92°, with an extraction of 25 ml in 26 seconds. The average degassing of the coffees occurred in 60 hours. Coffee describes an excellent body and well-balanced sensations. On the nose, notes of biscuit and vanilla emerge, in some cases of light cocoa. A really well balanced blend. All the coffees that make up the blend are grown in the shade together with banana and pepper trees.
