This research resulted in a balanced blend of body and aromas, with low acidity, creamy and sweet finesse. For this evaluation the coffee was tasted in espresso at 93°. The extraction of 25 ml occurred in 26 seconds and with an average degassing occurred in 48 hours. This blend brings us a hazelnut-colored cream with beautiful stripes in the cup. Very balanced in taste between acidity and sweetness, with a very light bitter sensation. Notes of toasted bread, vanilla and light milk chocolate emerge on the nose.
