The CaffèLab project
CaffèLab was born with the aim of letting you explore the extraordinary world of coffee from A to Z in a single platform, giving support to projects that aim to grow quality coffee in a sustainable, ethical and transparent way.                               
                                           
CaffèLab was born in 2015, intercepting the great change taking place in the world of coffee. 

In fact, in recent years we have been witnessing a strong cultural evolution of coffee. 

Some consumers are starting to realize that this product can be a universe of varieties and aromas and that conscious tasting can give us extraordinary sensations.                               
                                           
We wanted to create our blends through experimentation, because seeking quality does not mean fossilizing on a taste, but going in search of it. 

We also started using different extraction methods, because coffee doesn't just mean espresso. 

Finally, we understood that roasting can totally change the taste of a coffee and that you can also experiment by roasting your own coffee, at home, at different levels, with different profiles.                               
                                           
This is why we created CaffèLab: to unite and accompany the world of "service coffee" devoid of history and value, with a cup of great pleasure.
