The Caffèlab team has developed a new brewing blend and we did so starting from two very simple ideas: when the blend is made up of high-level coffees, we find that it is important to mix just a few of them, to leave each aroma distinct and identifiable. 

In brewing, the roasting profile must aim to develop the aromatic notes, without seeking excessive body (and therefore bitterness). For this evaluation we extracted this blend in Aeropress, with a temperature of 92° and a brew ratio of 60g/lt. 

Coffee brings sensations of vanilla and red fruits, especially blueberry, to the nose. 

When tasted, the acidity is balanced by a nice sweetness, the body (naturally we are talking about a percolated coffee) is, in comparison, more "bodied" compared to other 100% arabicas (especially if made up of only washed coffees). 

The acidity, on the sides of the tongue, is comparable to that of a ripe apple. 

Towards the end of the tasting, notes of caramel emerge. This blend was designed for preparation in brewing.
