ORGANIC WHITE TEA: White tea is a lightly fermented green tea with buds and young shoots of tea. Much richer in antioxidants than green tea, this tea is known for its golden color and its taste devoid of bitterness. In China, the new color of tea consumed is white. INFUSION TIPS: Place the tea bag in a cup or teapot and pour boiling water (90°C) into it. Leave to infuse for 2 to 3 minutes.
