"Choc-Cubèb" Pepper Mix

Composition: Bitter orange peel, cubed pepper, cocoa bean, pink berries. We're not done having fun with these peppers that we want to put in all the dishes! Here is an original idea inspired by the creativity of master chocolatiers: citrus fruits, pepper and chocolate bean (pure cocoa nibs). Cubeb Pepper highlighted here is Cubeb (Piper cubeba) a spice native to Southeast Asia. From the same family as Pepper, its taste is slightly stronger and leaves a fresh taste in the mouth...a real curiosity!
