Pepper Mix "Blue Timut"

Composition: Timut berries 50%, black pepper, cornflowers. Timut Pepper originates from the highlands of Nepal. It is mainly found in the wild in the Mahabharat mountain range. This berry rather than a pepper, with powerful and incredible aromas, remains one of the essential components of Nepalese cuisine, and in particular of recipes from the Terai region. Also called "Timur berry", it is often nicknamed "Grapefruit Pepper" because of its Fruity scent. This Blue Timut mix is the original idea of one of our customers who, finding the timut too strong, suggested that we combine it with a milder Indian Pepper in order to accommodate it more easily to all dishes, and we, we added a touch of color with the cornflower flower giving a tone to this gustatory dream...
