Rose Petals

Composition: Rose petals. These magnificent dried roses can be used in infusion, or to flavor Sugars or jam. Be careful to skim the flowers well before consumption. On an apple tartar, the flowers will diffuse their fragrance during cooking…it's magic! But the flowers remain hard and whole and you must always take care to remove them before tasting your culinary preparation.
