Blackcurrant Jam

Story… With the abundance of soft fruits in Fife during the summer, it’s hard not to take advantage and make jam. Our fruit comes from Blacketyside fruit farm just 9 miles away from our kitchen and, like with all our products, we’re using British sugar made from British sugar beat. So, unlike most jams, ours is 100% British. What it is… Natural and traditional small batch jam. Yum with… Toast and crumpets at breakfast, scones and hot cross buns (but only when it’s Easter) or as a filling for a Victoria sandwich.
