 We have selected the best summer truffles from our truffle hunting partners in the Arezzo region of Tuscany to create this preparation. It is made from the heart of the truffle, finely chopped and preserved in mild, light extra virgin olive oil so as not to alter its flavor.    This Summer Truffle fragment will enhance pasta dishes, risotto, meats and fish, alone or as an ingredient in a sauce.
