The inspiration behind the TSARINE Champagne bottle was born in 1996, during a dinner at the restaurant "Le Chardonnay" in Reims, at table no. 15. Philippe BAIJOT, captivated by the swirls of the bottle of an old decanter, draws the sketch of the bottle which shakes up the codes, with its singular shapes totally unusual in Champagne. This bottle will embody the modern and timeless elegance sought for its wines and will mark the beginning of one of the most beautiful contemporary Champagne epics. Each vintage reveals a subtle balance between elegance, freshness and finesse. Champagne TSARINE invites everyone to celebrate life's precious moments in a contemporary universe where elegance and panache meet. Œit: Coppery gold color with fine bubbles. Nose: Expressive with candied yellow fruits (mirabelle plum, apricot) and acacia flowers. Palate: Full and silky with aromas of candied citrus and honey. A slightly salty and tonic finish. Serving suggestion: with seafood, a cold buffet or 18-month Comté cheese.
