VINEYARD As its name suggests, Bourgogne Pinot Noir is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. This Burgundy Pinot Noir is like our vineyard, and reflects the diversity of our lands. Indeed, the multiple faults that divide our region have given rise to as many different terrains by their nature, their orientation and their age. Its grapes come from clay-limestone soils. BREEDING In stainless steel tank. CHARACTER OF THE WINE Its color has good intensity and ruby nuances. It offers an impressive palette of aromas dominated by sour cherry and red fruits. With a few months, smoky and leather notes appear. Its structure has a nice balance and a well-melted tannin allowing it to be enjoyed young while ensuring easy aging. FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS It will go perfectly with grilled red meat such as a rib of beef or a leg of lamb. It will go wonderfully with beef bourguignon, game or even a soft or cooked cheese such as Gouda! ADVICE Drink within three years of harvest. Serving temperature between 16 and 18°C.
