Vignerons de Buxy - Burgundy Chardonnay 2019

VINEYARD As its name suggests, Bourgogne Chardonnay comes from the Chardonnay grape variety. This Burgundy Chardonnay is like our vineyard, and reflects the diversity of our lands. The multiple faults that cut through our region have given rise to as many different terrains by their nature, their orientation and their age. Its grapes come from clay-limestone soils. BREEDING In stainless steel tanks only. CHARACTER OF THE WINE Limpid, its color is yellow to light gold. Its nose plays on a floral register, type hawthorn, acacia. Aromatic, the attack is lively and frank. It can be enjoyed today. FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS A simple and tasteful wine that can be served as an aperitif, with an onion tart, quenelles, or dishes based on fish or white meat (cod fillet, turkey cutlets, etc.). And of course, to taste with a soft cheese (vacherin, coulommiers,…) or with the whole range of gruyères. ADVICE Drink within four years of harvest. Serving temperature between 11 and 13°C.
