Summer offer: 500 grams of bourbon vanilla pods from Madagascar (Sambava) gourmet quality (grade A)

The finest Bourbon vanilla pods, carefully harvested and prepared by hand in the Sambava region, in the North-East of Madagascar. Their heady scent reveals notes of vanilla, sweet, cocoa, balsamic... an explosion of flavors. Gourmet Grand Cru quality, these pods have been matured in the sun for several weeks, to reach the ideal humidity level for baking: 33 to 35%. By default, the pods sent will be 14/16 cm caliber. Note: 500 grams equivalent to 150-170 pods of 14/16 cm. By default, 500 g is packaged in 2 x 250 g vacuum packed. We can package in increments of 100 g on request.
