If most of our spices emphasize smells, tastes and textures, it is the visual aspect that we wanted to emphasize with our floral selections: Aurore, Crépuscule, Nuit Étoilée, Boréale and Accord du moment. These selections will perfect your salads, dress your cheeses, enhance your desserts... in a word, make you a master of the crucial step of preparing a plate. Dusk, these are bright yellow sunflower petals and intense orange calendula (marigold), enhanced by a vibrant dyer's safflower (or carnation depending on availability). A flamboyant mix with the air of a summer sunset. This explosion of colors is not devoid of taste, however: in a vinaigrette or in a cocktail, it is its fresh, rural side and its hint of bitterness that will delight you. Our Crépuscule composition is available in a 7 g and 14 g glass bottle, or in a 100 g refill sachet. Store your flowers and petals in a dry, cool place, away from light. The flowers and petals do not expire, but we recommend use within 36 months to preserve the full intensity of its aromas.
