YELLOW heirloom tomato jam - ORGANIC

Jam from very good old organic yellow tomatoes, creamy texture without chunks, fair trade and unrefined cane sugar, natural gelling agents, all cooked slowly in a cooperative organic workshop in the Gers Real organic orange-yellow pineapple tomato, large fleshy fruit, more or less ribbed. Firm, dense, juicy flesh, containing few seeds. The slice looks like a pineapple slice.
