It is the carefully selected Origin GERS tomato variety (population tomato, non-hybrid F1 from farmer seeds) which gives the intense taste of this tomato sauce and its nutritional load. Cooked in an artisanal way in the GERS, the recipe is family, simple and made from natural ingredients. 98% of ingredients are of French origin. extra virgin olive oil comes from OCCITANIA.      Large round tomato, red-pink in color, slightly flattened and ribbed on the top.
