In this recipe, we worked on the quality of tomatoes picked when ripe, organic fair trade cane sugar, and an oil full of flavors, which comes from Spain or Tunisia. No additives are present to thicken our sauce, with a coating texture. •Support for the organic French tomato sector grown in open fields. At Omie, we support the production of organic French tomatoes grown in open fields. We obtain our supplies directly from a group of 50 farmers in Provence. Part of the production can also come from another group of around ten farmers in the South West, depending on the quantities harvested.
