Original single-varietal tomato sauce Red ORGANIC Real Red Heart of Beef, a smooth, heart-shaped tomato, 95% of which is used in the recipe. It is the carefully selected Origin GERS tomato variety (population tomato, non-hybrid F1 from farmer seeds) which gives the intense taste of this tomato sauce and its nutritional load. Cooked in an artisanal way in the GERS, the recipe is family, simple and made from natural ingredients. 98% of ingredients are of French origin. extra virgin olive oil comes from OCCITANIA.  "Real organic beef heart, red heart-shaped, slightly pointed, light green collar around the peduncle. It is smooth and very fleshy, with few seeds. Its intense taste is very fragrant. Not to be confused with hybrid F1 beef heart tomatoes, which are very ribbed and tasteless. " Origin France. 98% of the ingredients are of French origin and primarily from the South of France. The tomatoes are grown in the Gers and the olive oil comes from the Baux valley. The naturally selected heirloom tomato seeds come from seed artisans located in the South of France.
