Quite homogeneous graphite grey pâté. It has a significantly spiced taste, dominated by the black tahini (black sesame paste). Its scent is reminiscent of some shell nuts such as toasted sunflower seeds without masking the roasted aubergine. When tasting it, we sense the richness of spices, such as cumin, in addition to its two main ingredients mentioned above. It’s a strong and powerful pâté, with a similar texture to meat ones. It combines perfectly with other milder or neutral foods. Once opened, shelf life is 7 days, if refrigerated.
