This pâté is a pale brown, very similar to the shell of a nut. Its texture is easy to spread, fluid like a jam. In its scent we clearly detect the mushrooms, the freshness of the lemon and we can detect the presence of black pepper. When we taste it, we confirm those first feelings; mushrooms and onion, lemon acidity and a pepper that grows retro nasally without being predominant. Moderately spicy. Invites to repeat and continue eating. Once opened, shelf life is 7 days, if refrigerated.
