Sobravegana clásica. Paté de verduras ecológicas.

Pâté with a dense, grainy texture, deep red in colour and with some small, recognizable fragments of sunflower seeds. Its flavour clearly recalls that of “sobrassadas” from the region of La Marina or the Balearic Islands. Its scent is notoriously recognizable, and the flavour includes fermented hints of Japanese miso, without being overly salty. Once opened, shelf life is 7 days, if refrigerated.
