Château Boisset Wings and Me 2018

A Pic Saint-Loup to discover quickly if you haven't already.... This Ailes et Moi red wine from Château Boisset develops aromas of black fruits, spices, smoke but also and above all a good dose of temper ! Its color is ruby with blue reflections. Its fresh and structured mouth extends on a modern and well coated finish. Its structure is supple and its tannins are well melted. Made from a blend of 80% Syrah and 20% Grenache, this Pic Saint Loup is very popular with roast beef, braised veal neck, lamb with ginger, on cheese platters or at the end of meals with chocolate desserts. We recommend that you drink it between 16-17°C and you can keep it for about 2 to 5 years. This cuvée won the silver medal at the Concours Mondial des Féminalise!
