Jeff Carrel The Darons 2022

An emblematic reference of the famous Jeff Carrel estate, the Darons red wine combines power, spice and length for a unique tasting moment. Its mouth combines tension and fullness through a dense and silky material. Thanks to the fruit and the freshness of this wine, its ripe tannins pass on their own. Its nose expresses aromas of "fruit yogurts", all supported by an aeration of fruit (blackberry, plum and blueberry) and spices (white pepper, cinnamon). As delicious as it is famous, this cuvée has received more than 20 distinctions, the latest of which was in 2019: 89-91/100 by Robert Parker!
