Bourgogne Aligoté from Louis Jadot is a lively, fresh, dry white wine with great suppleness. Its freshness recalls notes of green apple, lemon and grapes and are underlined by a slight hint of acidity. It has a beautiful white gold color highlighted with a few green reflections. On the nose, it gives off intense aromas of fruit and citrus. Its liveliness is accompanied by a beautiful suppleness. It offers a very pleasant aromatic persistence. It is a cuvée of great finesse and a discreet but present minerality. It is a single varietal cuvée, made exclusively from Aligoté.
