This incredibly balanced Pouilly Fuissé white wine reveals a fresh and dense palate with notes of acacia honey, hazelnuts and white flowers. One can also smell delicate aromas of toasted almonds, grapefruit and lemon. Marked by a pretty gold color with green reflections, this white wine is complex and endowed with a refreshing minerality. This cuvée is one of the best sales of the Louis Jadot estate. If you keep this white for about 5 to 8 years in the cellar, the fruity aromas will then become more and more complex. It is the ideal companion for your white meats and fish.
