Pierrick Harang Le Petit Balthazar Viognier Sauvignon Blanc 2021

This Petit Balthazar Viognier Sauvignon Blanc is made from a blend of 50% Sauvignon and 50% Viognier. Through its pale yellow color with green and silver reflections, it presents a nose with intense aromas of grapefruit, lime and exotic fruits. On the palate, its attack is crisp, quite lively and has a nice balance between volume and sweetness. Its finish is both long and fruity. This white wine is perfect with a salad, vegetable skewers or even grilled prawns! It is recommended to drink it chilled between 7-8°C. Very easy to drink, it is an everyday white wine that can be enjoyed for all occasions.
