Val Do Inferno Torrontes, Palomino y Treixadura 10,5% DO Ribeiro-lt is the result from a balanced coupage of Treixadura, Palomino and Loureira varieties. The best grape-ju ices are obtained after a cryomaceration of the wrung out grapes. Then they are racked to avoid the coarsest particles. Afterwards, and alter a process of transferring, they are fermented at a low temperature to preserve ali of its aromas.
