Wine from organic and biodynamic agriculture. Pago Cativo Oforte Ribeiro, is an Atlantic wine from the autochthonous varieties Treixadura, Godello, Albariño, Lourero and Lado. Cold maceration of pasta on lees under controlled fermentation, which gives this wine the bright and refreshing characteristics of Ribeiro. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, working the lees for eight months before bottling. Greenish yellow in color, with some fresh, fruity golden sparkle and notes of fennel and bay leaf, excellent acidity with hints of citrus. RIBEIRO
