The situation of the vineyards is distributed among several municipalities, Calahorra, Andosilla and San Adrián, of the so-called "Mediterranean Rioja" with cold winters, mild and rainy springs and autumns, and hot and dry summers. The lands have different textures, predominantly limestone, sand, clay and gravel. In this way, the appropriate combination of climate and "terroir". Vinification: Zaumau Crianza is a wine obtained through a special blend of Tempranillo and Graciano grapes, fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks, separately from each grape variety, after fermentation the cuvee is made and subsequent aging for at least 14 months in French and American oak barrels. Subsequently, the wine matures in the bottle at a constant temperature. Character: It has a beautiful ruby red color with a medium-high robe with tiled edges. Its aroma of ripe red fruits with backgrounds of cinnamon and spices shows a perfect blend with wood. On the palate it shows a good tannic structure that is prolonged in the aftertaste with roasted tones. It is a superior aging wine whose quality will be enhanced during its maturation in the bottle.
