Our valuable flour is made from the partially de-oiled organic seeds. Flaxseed flour is naturally gluten-free and a great addition to the low-carb kitchen. Flaxseed flour has a neutral, slightly nutty taste and is versatile. Due to its excellent swelling capacity, it is suitable for baking bread and sweets, for thickening sauces and soups, e.g. by replacing 10-20% of conventional flour with linseed oil. Also very good as a protein-rich supplement for smoothies and muesli.
