2020 Cuvée Full of joy

We are delighted to present the Cuvée.Weiss made from Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. The new 2020 bottling delights us with a balanced fragrance of harmonious fruit aromas carried by spicy, slightly sweet roasted aromas, reminiscent of burnt hazelnuts, some cloves and a hint of vanilla. Harmonious and round on the palate, paired with fullness and creaminess. The noticeable but restrained acidity, its concentrated density and the brief use of wood give it a linear structure with delicate roasted nuances that remain present even in the long aftertaste.
