The dry 2019 vintage sparkling wine made of 92% Pinot Noir and 8% Chardonnay presents itself in a salmon pink with animating cranberry and juicy aromas of pomegranate. Nice and fresh on the palate, with a hint of roasted hazelnuts reveal the 13-month bottle fermentation on the yeast.
