This sparkling, organic, alcohol-free Cuvée, made from Cabernet-Sauvignon grapes, is the ideal alternative to rosé champagne. From the Bordeaux vineyard and obtained by direct pressing of the harvest, it offers a unique experience at the source of great wines and goes well with refined dishes. TASTING NOTES: Fine bubbles and subtle floral aromas of wild rose, wild strawberry and red berries. PAIRINGS: Aperitif, seafood, fruit salad, cheese platter and desserts. TASTING ADVICE: Serve very chilled (4°c) - Glass of champagne. Can also be used as an aromatic base for mocktails and cocktails.
