TSURUSHI BIZEN-YAKI Japanese sake Junmai

A sake with a deep taste, which fermented in the company of the famous potteries of Bizen! It is quite particular on the nose, there are notes of honey and dried flower, with an iodized side. The palate is soft on the attack, we find honey and dried flower, it reminds a bit of aged sake. There are also aromas of soy sauce, cocoa and popcorn. A slight bitterness is felt on the finish, accompanied by notes of popcorn and persimmon. It is a Junmai with length and power. Traditional pottery from Bizen is immersed in the vats in order to act naturally on the fermentation thanks to the radiation emitted by the ceramics.
